Note: The LINK UT-4206SM-30 is an RS-422/485 Fiber Optic Media Converter featuring 1 x RS-422/485 serial port and 1 x Duplex SC Single-Mode fiber port. It extends serial communication distances up to 30 km over Single-Mode fiber.
Important: The UT-4206SM-30 supports EIA/TIA-422 and EIA/TIA-485 standards, asynchronous data transmission up to 115.2 kbps, 4-wire full-duplex and 2-wire asynchronous operation. The operating mode and RS-422/485 terminator can be configured using DIP switches.
