It features OS2 9/125μm single-mode fiber, compact stranded loose tube construction, dielectric strength member, and low-friction HDPE jacket for efficient installation in large-scale FTTx, backbone, metro, and enterprise communication networks. The cable provides high fiber capacity while maintaining a compact structure for micro duct installation.

Important: The LINK FBC4-9216 is suitable for scalable underground micro duct infrastructure where ducts are installed first and fiber cables can be installed later. Its air-blown technology reduces installation time, minimizes civil work requirements, and supports future network expansion with high-capacity 216-fiber connectivity. The FBC4 series includes models from 12-core up to 288-core, with FBC4-9216 specified as a 216-core cable with approximately 8.0 mm diameter and 62 kg/km weight.
